Five thousand miles from his ex, AJ is living with Lisa’s decision to call it quits and leave both him, and Alabama behind. Upon hearing that Lisa is moving forward from their engagement with a new (and handsome!) doctor-boyfriend, AJ is confused and broken at the idea of facing life without his soul mate. First of all, I’d like to tell the author I need her to write books (and I mean it: books! Several, not just one!) about Jeremy! Now it has been said, I can go back to the main subject: “Always Been You“.
Did I cry ? Damn right, I did! I mean, wow. I wasn’t expecting any of the things that happened in this third books. “Worth Fighting For” was ending on a massive cliffhanger, and I was so thrilled when I started reading ABY and realised it starts with what’s happening at the end of WFF. I would have been so gutted if it had been different, I think.
All the events and the whole stories (and I mean from the first book till the end) were absolutely amazing and were massive page turner.
Once again, you have access to AJ’s mind, which (to me) provides so much to the story. It’s very hard to speak about it without spoiling you. Let me tell you one thing: you won’t expect any of the events and revelations.
Obviously I’m not a big fan of Britt. Her character is never brought in very positive ways and she’s not helping with her attitudes, but I wish we would know a little bit more about her.
I honestly don’t know what else to say, because it’s very hard to do a non-spoilers review: but just read these books! You have to! You’re gonna love them, and fall in love with the story and the characters. You’ll meet incredible characters through many events in their life, you’ll travel between the US and Ireland with them and you’ll go from laughing to crying in no time.
All I have to say is: go read them. And to the author: keep writing. Honestly I can’t tell you how much I fell in love with the author’s writing, she’s very talented and brings you so many emotions through her stories and characters.
