One day to go … πŸŽ„

Twenty four TV shows to watch on Netflix

Orphan Black is one of my favourite show, I’ve watched all the seasons few times and I can’t get bored of this show! Tatiana Maslany is such an amazing actress, she plays all the clones! The story is about Sarah, who discovers that she has clones after she sees Beth (a clone!) kill herself, she steals her identity and her life to try and understand what is happening! This show is over, all the seasons are out! Another one of my favorite show Jane The Virgin, which is also over, and that I can watch over and over again. It’s a kind of telenovela, Jane is a virgin but she finds out she’s pregnant after she got (accidentally) inseminated with the sperm of Rafael Solano, who is the owner of the hotel she works at and also a guy she flirted with years ago! Okay, I have too many favourite but Teen Wolf is just too amazing to not be a favourite! Come on! All the character/actors are amazing, the plot is awesome! All the seasons are also out for this show! Scott was bitten in the wood by an alpha were-wolf. With Stiles, his best friend, is going to discover that Beacon Hills is the place for the supernatural!

Who doesn’t like Sex Education ? This show is so funny, and so important with all the topics it’s mentioning! Ahhhh … Well I’ve already talked about Julie and The Phantoms in the calendar but … just go watch it! You won’t regret it! I4ve discovered recently Grand Army, only the first season is out for the moment but it’s very great show that brings up lots of important topics! TW: racism, terrorist attack, drugs, rape! After the terrorist attack that happened near their school, we follow the struggles that Jay, Sid, Joey, Dominique and Leila are going to go through.

I’m pretty sure that everyone knows about Skins but if you don’t, you have to watch it! Skins is cut in three generations (Seasons 1-2 are the first generation; Seasons 3-4 are the second generation, Seasons 5-6 the third generations and Season 7 is cut in three stories so, episode 1 and 2 is called Skins Fire and it’s about Effy – second generation; episode 3 and 4 Skins Pure is about Cassie – first generation, and Olly Alexander is in the cast – just saying!-, Skins Rise, episode 5 and 6 are about Cook who is a character from the second generation too!) My favourite are the first and second generations, because they were the originals and they are linked. Good Girls, is an amazing TV show as well! You’ll get caught in it straight away, it’s about three mums struggling with money who are going to rob a supermarket. They plan will work until they get trouble with a gang! If you like shapeshifters, you will enjoy The Order! Jack wants to be part of a secret society where they teach people magic,

If you want to watch something funny, Never Have I Ever is perfect for you! Although it’s not always funny because it talks about grief and death, well the main characters are pretty funny! Atypical is one of my favourite, Sam is a character you get so attached to! And the whole story is so important and powerful! Well, another funny show with some fantasy: The Umbrella Academy! A Netflix original that you won’t regret watching.

Reign is an amazing show about Royalty, if you like this kind of show it will be perfect for you (also Adelaide Kane …. I mean!!!! You can’t resist her, can you ? She is amazing!) Another Netflix original, The Queen’s Gambit, even though I wasn’t planning on watching it well… I loved it! Super interesting, and the actress is absolutely fantastic! I have no idea how to play chess, but I still enjoyed this show! (+ Thomas Brodie-Sangster is in the cast so….!) Another one, I told you about in the calendar; Sweet Magnolias such a sweet show that I highly recommend!

Full House was released in 1987, but I remember that when I was younger my mum was watching it. When I saw it was on Netflix I started watching it and loved it! It’s so easy and cute story about three sisters growing up with their father (after their mum passed), and their uncles who decided to move in to help their dad! Netflix renewed the show years later, and Fuller House is about DJ, Stephanie and Kimmy. Stephanie and Kimmy moves in the same house as the first show to help DJ with her own children after the loss of her husband. Many actors from the first show came back in the new seasons which is amazing! A great one, Lovesick, is about Dylan who has been diagnosed with Chlamydia is has to make a list of all his partners to let them know to get tested. Each episodes is about one of the girls and how they met, how they ended up having sex, etc… It also follow, Evie and Luke his two best friends.

At first I did not get into it, but the more I watched it and the more I loved Cursed! I really liked seeing Katherine Langford playing a character completely different from Hannah Baker! The Babysitters Club, super easy to watch! I wasn’t planning on watching it at all, but I couldn’t find anything so I decided to try it and it was super cute. We are following a group of friends who decided to create a club of babysitters. We discover their life and their secrets. One I recently watched; Ashley Garcia, Genius in Love! Ashley moves at her uncle’s house after she got a job. She’s still a teenager but she is a genius and she’s already got a PHD. When she moves ar her uncle, she meets other teenagers and discover what her life should be like at her age.

I loved the first season of The OA, it was so mysterious and so intriguing! I watched few times, unfortunately I never got to finish the second season … Trinkets is a good one as well, not the best, but it’s nice. I preferred season 2. Perfect for the Christmas season Dash & Lily is a cute story about two teenagers who penpal through a journal. They write in the journal and leaves it in random places for the other to find it, but they don’t know who they are and never met each other. I liked it, and watched it in one go but I really don’t like the actor … so it was a bit annoying to watch sometimes! I prefered the character of Boomer.
