Yes I could have decided to pick twenty two books for 2022, but I chose twenty. Don’t ask me why, it just felt right.
I picked ten books from my physical TBR and ten books from my ebooks TBR. Let me know if you’ve read any of them and which one you think I should read soon!
I’ll post an update around June I think to see if I’m doing well or if I forgot about that list!
So here it is- (it’s a photo from my reading journal)

• From my physical TBR:
“Comment te dire” – Melissa Bellevigne
“Finding You” – Kerri Marie
“Pretending” – Holly Bourne
“Six of Crows” – Leigh Bardugo
“La Carte des confins” – Marie Reppelin
“Infinity Reaper” – Adam Silvera
“How It All Blew Up” – Arvin Ahmadi
“How To Make Friends With The Dark” – Kathleen Glasgow
“Only The Ocean” – Natasha Carthew
“These Violent Delights” – Chloe Gong
• The ebooks:
“A Curse So Dark and Lonely” – Brigid Kemmerer
“Fifty First Dates After Fifty” – Carolyn Lee Arnold
“If You, Then Me” – Yvonne Woon
“Happily Ever Afters” – Elise Bryant
“The Inheritance of Orquídea Divina” – Zoraida Córdova
On my journal it’s written “The Archive of the Forgotten” but I realised that it’s the second book… so book 1 is “The Library of the Unwritten” – A.J. Hackwith
“Out of the Fire” – Andrea Contos
“The Right Swipe” – Alisha Rai
“You’d Be Home Now” – Kathleen Glasgow
“Midnight in Everwood” – M.A. Kuzniar
Let me know if you’ve read any, and what you are planning on reading this year.
You can also find this post as a tiktok: here. (you’ll be able to see the gorgeous covers!)

Good luck with your TBR! It looks very varied and I’ve heard great things about all of the books.
These Violent Delights is on my TBR.

I have not read any of these books. I’ve just joined an online book club and will be reading books about national parks. At every park we visit, I always check out the books in the gift shop. It was funny to realize I’d already read many of the books in the last park shop we visited. A favorite was Esperanza Rising, a novel by Pam Muñoz Ryan. It’s a coming of age story.

Aw thank you! 😀 I like trying to find books that are not too hyped or we don’t see much about on social media because otherwise we always see the same books 😦

I heard Six of Crows is really good. I haven’t read it myself yet, but I enjoy the Beth Song inspired by it and the Shadow and Bone Netflix show!
